THE ROOTMARK DIFFERENCE

About Rootmark Law.

Philosophy

Practice philosophy.

Most legal work for creative companies falls into one of two failure modes: the lawyer doesn’t understand the industry, or the lawyer understands the industry but treats every matter like a Fortune 500 engagement.

Rootmark exists to fix both.

Plain English isn’t a marketing line. It’s a professional obligation. You can’t make a good decision about legal risk if the advice is written so only a lawyer can read it.

Rootmark Law is an Atlanta-based law firm with global clients focused on intellectual property and business law for companies built on ideas, technology, and creative work. The firm serves clients in software, games, digital products, e-commerce, and creative industries, where intellectual property, contracts, and brand protection are central to long-term success.

The practice emphasizes practical guidance, clear communication, and legal systems that scale as businesses grow. Services are designed to help clients protect ownership, manage risk, and make informed decisions as they move from early development through expansion and maturity.
‍
Rootmark Law takes a modern approach to legal practice, prioritizing efficiency and transparency. Many services are offered on a flat-fee basis, with scope and pricing discussed upfront, so clients can plan with confidence.

She has advised startups, creators, and growing businesses on trademark registration, copyright protection, licensing, and brand enforcement, with particular attention to online and digital use cases.

Through Rootmark Law, she brings together intellectual property law, business strategy, and real-world experience in creative and technology-driven industries.
